*NOTE: All other instances of Internet Explorer must be closed before proceeding.

1. | Add choiceadvantage.com to the Internet Explorer Compatibility View settings. |
| a. Click the gear icon located at the top right corner of Internet Explorer. |
| b. Select the "Compatibility View settings" option from the menu. |
| c. Click the "Add" button in the Compatibility View settings pop-up window. Note: if choiceadvantage.com is already in the list, the "Add" button will be disabled and you can safely proceed to the next step. |
| d. Click the "Close" button at the bottom of the Compatibility View settings pop-up window. |
2. | Click here to install choiceADVANTAGE as a trusted root Certificate Authority (CA) in Internet Explorer. |
| a. Click the "Open" button in the File Download pop-up window. |
| b. Click the "Install Certificate..." button in the Certificate pop-up window. |
| c. Click the "Next >" button. |
| d. Select the "Place all certificates in the following store" radio button. |
| e. Click the "Browse..." button. |
| f. Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click the "OK" button. |
| g. Click the "Next >" button. |
| h. Click the "Finish" button. |
| i. Click "Yes" on the Security Warning pop-up window to install the certificate. |
3. | Click here to update Internet Explorer security zone settings for choiceADVANTAGE. *(Select "Open" when prompted) |
4. | Click here to initiate the process of authorizing this machine for choiceADVANTAGE access. *(GM user authentication required) |
5. | Exit Internet Explorer (browser must be relaunched after successful certificate installation). |
6. | Machine is now authorized to access choiceADVANTAGE. Re-launch Internet Explorer and navigate to www.choiceadvantage.com. |
